1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Orders and Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

3. Custom Orders

Custom embroidery and printing orders require artwork approval before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible. Turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees.

4. Returns and Refunds

Customised products cannot be returned unless they are defective or do not match the approved proof. Standard products may be returned within 14 days of receipt in unused condition.

5. Intellectual Property

Customers must ensure they have the right to reproduce any logos or designs submitted for embroidery or printing. YTCE accepts no liability for trademark or copyright infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

YTCE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
